Landlord Gas Safety

A gas safety check is a legal requirement covered by the Gas Safety Regulations of 1998. We specialise in landlord gas safety checks and we issue Gas Safety Certificates, demonstrating that a landlord is fulfilling their duty of care for their tenants, and that an annual gas safety check has been carried out at a property.

A gas safety check must be carried out within 12 months of the installation of any new gas appliance or flue. The gas safety certificate should be retained by the landlord for two years, and a copy given to the tenant before they move into the property.
